Javon Bullard Claims Kamari Lassiter is 'A Top-3 Corner'

Georgia safety Javon Bullard took to Twitter to make a pretty bold claim on this Georgia defensive back

In recent years, the Georgia Bulldogs have been home to some of the most elite talent on the defensive side of the ball. From Jalen Carter to Nolan Smith, the Dawgs always seem to have some of the most dominant defenders in the nation. But according to Georgia safety Javon Bullard, one Bulldog in particular isn't getting the respect he deserves.

Earlier this week, On3 posted a list on Twitter (X) ranking the NCAA's top-25 corners in the nation. Georgia cornerback Kamari Lassiter landed on the list as the 23rd-best corner. In response to the list, Bullard took to Twitter to claim that Kamari Lassiter was actually one of the best corners in the nation.

While Lassiter may not be lighting up the stat sheet with interceptions and pass deflections. The Savannah, Ga. native has been one of the more lock-down defenders in the SEC. Through six games, Lassiter has allowed just 8 receptions and zero touchdowns, making him one of the most valuable assets of the Bulldogs' 2023 defense.
