Former Texas A&M and Georgia cornerback Smoke Bouie enters the transfer portal for the second time in his collegiate career. After going from Texas A&M to Georgia, Bouie only got to go through spring practice before being dismissed by the team

A former 4-star cornerback, Bouie was originally committed to Georgia before de-committing and then announcing he would head to College Station a few months later. Following the 2022 season, Bouie entered the transfer portal where he landed with the team he originally committed to. Following his dismissal, he will now be heading to his third school in two seasons, but his process has a catch.

Since Bouie will be entering the transfer portal for the second time and he is entering after the transfer window is closed, he will need a waiver in order to play immediately wherever he lands.

Bouie is a talented player who was reportedly repping with Georgia's second-team defense in the spring. Whichever school is to land, the former 4-star will land a talented player with a chip on his shoulder.
