Georgia Tech signee Isaiah Drake Selected By Atlanta Braves in 2023 MLB Draft

Drake is the latest Georgia Tech signee to be selected today

Georgia Tech signee Isaiah Drake is going to have a chance to stay home and play for the best team in baseball. 

In the 5th round of today's MLB Draft, the Atlanta Braves selected Georgia Tech signee Isaiah Drake. Drake plays outfield and pitches for North Atlanta High School. 

Drake now becomes the third Georgia Tech signee to be taken in this year's draft. Yesterday, Tai Peete was selected by the Seattle Mariners and earlier today, Antonio Anderson was picked by the Boston Red Sox. Georgia Tech second baseman Kristian Campbell was also selected by the Red Sox today, as was outfielder Jake DeLeo, who was picked by the Marlins.
