Georgia Tech is getting ready to kick off its week two game against South Carolina State, but the future players in the program are showing out on Friday night. 

The Yellow Jackets currently hold the 5th-ranked 2024 class on 247Sports and the 28th nationally. It is a big class with 26 commits and is going to be a cornerstone for head coach Brent Key in trying to get the program back to winning consistently. 

So how did each of Georgia Tech's commits perform last night?

  1. CB Troy Stevenson (No. 270 OVR in 247Sports Composite)- Stevenson helped lead Philip Simmons High School (SC) to a win this week against Timberland, 37-13. Stevenson and Philip Simmons are 4-0 so far
  2. DE CJ Jackson (No. 193)- Jackson plays for Tucker High School (GA) and they suffered their first loss of the season against Dacula last night 36-28. 
  3. OT Jameson Riggs (No. 640)- Riggs plays for Hiram High School and they are playing today against Morrow and they're looking to start 4-0. 
  4. WR Isiah Canion (No. 240)- Canion and Warner Robins High School (GA) lost last night against Valdosta and are back in action next week.
  5. WR Koby Young (No. 502)- Young plays for Holy Cross High School (LA) and they are in action today. 
  6. DT Marcus Downs (No. 601)- Downs plays for Riverside High School (SC) and they are 3-1 after defeating Christ Church Episcopal last night
  7. DE Jordan Boyd (No. 762)- Boyd is one of the most underrated edge rushers in the country and he plays for Silver Bluff High School (SC). They were off this week. 
  8. CB Trajen Greco (No. 39.1)- Greco had a huge week one performance against North Gwinnett. Mill Creek was off on Friday night. 
  9. ATH Luke Harpring (No. 1158)- Harpring and Marist High School (GA) picked up their third win of the season last night, defeating Woodward Academy 17-10 in overtime
  10. QB Aaron Philo (No. 786)- Philo plays for Prince Avenue Christian High School (GA) and they are 4-0 after a 76-20 win over Monroe Area last night. 
  11. WR Trey Horne (No. 675)- Horne played a big role in Rabun Gap's (GA) win this week against Christ School. 
  1. S Christian Pritchett (No. 1298)-
  2. RB Jaedon Matthews (No. 1061)- Matthews is one of three running back commits for Georgia Tech and he plays for Saguaro High School (AZ). They suffered their first defeat last night against 35-31. 
  3. TE David Prince (No. 1412)- Prince plays for Glynn Academy who is now 3-1 after beating Baker County 27-20 last night.
  4. QB Graham Knowles (Np. 901)- Graham plays for Southlake Carroll High School (TX) and they won last night over Cedar Hill 31-6 to get to 3-0. 
  5. OL Jordan Floyd (No. 685) and RB Trelain Maddox (No. 896)- Marshall and Maddox helped Parkview (GA) to a big win last night over North Gwinnett and Parkview is now 3-0 this season. 
  1. OL Santana Alo-Tupuola (No. 1309)- Tupuola and IMG Academy are 3-0 after defeating Ben Davis last night. 
  2. TE Lane Wadle (No. 1630)- Wadle plays for Greenfield-Central High IN) School and they are 4-0 after their win against Pendleton Heights this week.
  3. DE Trashun Griffin (No. 1465)- Griffin plays for Bibb Country (AL) and they are 3-0 after their 34-13 win over West Blocton last night.
  4. DB Nehemiah Chandler (No. 1057)- Chandler plays for Wakulla High School (FL) and they are 3-0 after beating Munroe last night.
  5. LB Demontrae Gaston (No. 1095)- Gaston plays for Pensacola Catholic High School and they're 3-0 after beating Fairhope 24-10 this week.
  6. DE William Depaepe (No. 1080)- Depaepe plays for Moline Sr High School (IL) and they are 1-2 after a loss to Geneseo last night
  7. DT Landen Marshall (No. 950)- Marshall plays for Andalusia High School (AL) and they are 3-0 after a 56-6 win over Dale County last night
  8. LB Tah'j Butler (No. 1380)- Butler plays for Edna Karr High School (LA) and they are 2-0 after beating Scotlandville 45-0 on Thursday
  9. RB Khamani Alexander (No. 1428)- Alexander plays for Belen Jesuit Prep (FL) and they defeated Somerset Academy last night 33-21.
