Indiana Defensive Linemen Patrick Lucas Jr., LeDarrius Cox Enter Transfer Portal
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ā Transfer portal entries keep rolling in, and five Hoosiers have done so after Indiana fired coach Tom Allen on Sunday.
Defensive linemen Patrick Lucas Jr. and LeDarrius Cox are the most recent Hoosiers to enter the transfer portal, joining quarterbacks Brendan Sorsby and Dexter Williams II, as well as outside linebacker Myles Jackson.
Lucas and Cox announced their decisions Monday morning.
At 6-foot-3 and 315 pounds, Lucas made 31 total tackles for Indiana during the 2022 and 2023 seasons. He's originally from Wetumpka High School in Prattville, Ala.
Cox, a 6-foot-4, 305-pound defensive tackle, made 19 total tackles in his two-year Indiana career. He attended McGill-Toolen High School in Mobile, Ala.
Both players have one year of remaining eligibility.Ā
