BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana's wide receiver room is coming together well, with three transfer commitments in one day.

Along with Miles Cross from Ohio and Myles Price from Texas Tech, Indiana coach Curt Cignetti picked up a commitment from former Wake Forest wide receiver Ke'Shawn Williams on Monday.

Williams joins the Hoosiers with one year of remaining eligibility after totaling 1,385 receiving yards and five touchdowns with the Demon Deacons.

Williams enjoyed a productive four-year career at Wake Forest after signing as a three-star recruit in the class of 2020 out of Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in Philadelphia, Pa. The majority of Williams' snaps have come as a slot receiver, though he has some experience playing on the outside.

After just three catches for 44 yards as a true freshman, he hauled in 27 passes for 404 yards and three touchdowns as a sophomore in 2021.

The 5-foot-10, 190-pound receiver continued to improve in 2022, posting career-highs with 39 receptions for 553 yards. Williams fell just short of these numbers in 2023, catching 38 passes for 384 yards and one touchdown. He also ran the ball three times for 29 yards and a touchdown last year.

Williams may also be used in the return game at Indiana based on past experience. He returned 34 kickoffs for 654 yards and two punts for 36 yards across four years at Wake Forest.

With these additions, Indiana now has a deep and talented wide receiver room of Donaven McCulley, Myles Price, Ke'Shawn Williams, Miles Cross, E.J. Williams Jr., Omar Cooper Jr., Kamryn Perry and Andison Coby. Indiana's leading receiver from 2022, Cam Camper, entered the transfer portal but has not committed to a new school. DeQuece Carter was second in receiving yards in 2023, and he declared for the NFL Draft.
