Indiana Football 2024 Recruiting Commitment Board

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana fired coach Tom Allen after a 3-9 season and replaced him with James Madison coach Curt Cignetti. The coaching change has impacted Indiana's 2024 recruiting class, with several of Allen's recruits decommitting and Cignetti adding new members to the class.
Below, you will find a complete list of all class of 2024 recruits that have committed to Indiana. We'll update this file throughout the year as news breaks.

Tyler Cherry, quarterback (signed): Cherry attends Center Grove High School in Greenwood, Ind. and is a four-star recruit, per the 247 Sports Composite rankings. At 6-foot-5 and 205 pounds, he's ranked No. 16 among quarterbacks and No. 249 overall in the class of 2024.
Jah Jah Boyd, defensive back (signed): Boyd is a 5-foot-10, 170-pound defensive back from Roman Catholic High School in Philadelphia, Pa. He was originally committed to James Madison. Boyd is a three-star recruit, ranked No. 1250 in the nation, No. 125 among safeties and No. 35 in Pennsylvania.
Dontrae Henderson, defensive back (signed): Henderson is a 6-foot-1, 170-pound defensive back from Julius L. Chambers High School in Charlotte, N.C. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 2083 in the nation, No. 206 among cornerbacks and No. 56 in North Carolina. Henderson was originally committed to James Madison, but flipped to Indiana when coach Curt Cignetti took over.
William Depaepe, edge (signed): Depaepe is a 6-foot-7, 225-pound edge rusher out of Moline High School in Moline, Ill. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 1115 in the nation, No. 78 among edges and No. 24 in Illinois. Depaepe was previously committed to Georgia Tech.
Daniel Ndukwe, edge (verbal commit): Ndukwe is a 6-foot-3, 225-pound edge rusher out of Arabia Mountain High School in Lithonia, Ga. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 1639 overall and 113 at his position. He was originally committed to James Madison.
Mario Landino, defensive lineman (signed): Landino was originally committed to James Madison, but flipped to Indiana when coach Curt Cignetti was hired to coach the Hoosiers. At 6-foot-4 and 255 pounds, Landino attends Emmaus High School in Pennsylvania. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 2182 in the nation, No. 227 among defensive linemen and No. 58 in Pennsylvania.
Alberto Mendoza, quarterback (signed): Mendoza won back-to-back state championships at Columbus High School in Miami, Fla. He completed over 70% of his passes in both his junior and senior seasons. At 6-foot-2, Mendoza is a three-star recruit, ranked No. 1634 in the nation, No. 87 among quarterbacks and No. 207 in Florida. He was originally committed to James Madison.
Josh Philostin, cornerback (verbal commit): Philostin is a 5-foot-11, 175 pound cornerback from Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach, Fla. He's currently Indiana's highest-ranked recruit in the class of 2024, coming in at No. 487 overall and No. 40 among cornerbacks. Khobie Martin, running back (signed): Martin is a 6-foot, 200-pound running back from Fishers High School in Indiana. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 1424 in the nation, No. 106 among running backs and No. 20 in Indiana.
Austin Leibfried, offensive line (signed): Leibfried is a 6-foot-6, 265-pound offensive tackle from Mount Horeb, Wisc. and is ranked as the No. 11 overall player in the state of Wisconsin in the class of 2024. He is a three-star recruit, ranked No. 1181 in the nation, No. 89 among tackles and No. 9 in Wisconsin.
Quentin Clark, linebacker (signed): Clark is a 6-foot-3, 200-pound linebacker from West Laurens High School in Dexter, Ga., where he also played running back and ran track and field. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 960 in the nation, No. 85 among linebackers and No. 110 in Georgia.
Charlie Becker, wide receiver (signed): Becker is a 6-foot-3 wide receiver from Father Ryan High School in Nashville, Tenn. He's a three-star recruit ranked No. 939 in the nation, No. 124 among wide receivers and No. 30 in Tennessee. Becker picked Indiana over offers from Iowa, Northwestern, Ole Miss, Vanderbilt and others.
Adedamola Ajani, offensive line (signed): Ajani is a 6-foot-4, 270-pound offensive lineman from Speedway High School near Indianapolis, Ind. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 910 in the nation, No. 70 among interior offensive linemen and No. 10 in Indiana.
Christian Peterson, cornerback (verbal commit): Peterson is a 6-foot cornerback from Carmel High School, one of the top programs in Indiana. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 20 among players from Indiana. To watch Peterson's highlights, CLICK HERE.
Evan Lawrence, offensive line (signed): Lawrence is a 6-foot-7, 250-pound offensive lineman from Danville Community High School in Indiana. He played defensive line and tight end before moving full-time to offensive line, and also plays basketball and track and field at Danville. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 1302 in the nation, No. 104 among offensive tackles and No. 18 in Indiana.
Mitch Verstegen, offensive line (signed): Verstegen is a 6-foot-4, 300-pound offensive lineman from Kaukauna High School in Wisconsin. He's a three-star recruit, No. 1614 in the nation, No. 130 among interior offensive linemen and No. 14 in Wisconsin.
Brody Kosin, tight end (signed): Kosin is a 6-foot-6, 225-pound tight end from Clarkston High School in Michigan. The three-star recruit was Indiana's first commitment in the class of 2024. Kosin is ranked No. 1209 in the nation, No. 65 among tight ends and No. 21 in Michigan.

- Justus Savage, running back: Savage committed to Jacksonville State on national signing day He's a 5-foot-10, 195-pound running back from Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Ga. He does not have a star rating by any recruiting sites, and Indiana was his first Power 5 offer. Across 33 high school games, Savage has logged 2,021 rushing yards, 6.8 yards per carry and 25 rushing touchdowns, according to Max Preps. .
- Kameron Courtney, athlete: Courtney is a 6-foot, 190-pound athlete who played both wide receiver and safety for Freedom High School in Woodbridge, Va. He is a three-star recruit and is ranked 22nd-best overall prospect in the state of Virginia in the class of 2024.
- Keion Dunlap, safety: Dunlap is a 6-foot-1 safety from Enterprise High School in Alabama. He's a three-star recruit and originally picked Indiana over offers from Auburn, Florida, Maryland, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Penn State and others.
- Alan Soukup, long snapper: Soukup is the No. 1 ranked long snapper in the nation, according to Kohl's Kicking. Out of Pinnacle High School in Phoenix, Ariz., he chose Indiana over an offer from USC, and also visited Arizona, Kansas State, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
- Jeremy Bell Jr., wide receiver: Bell is a three-star wide receiver from Homerville, Ga., and stands at 6-feet tall and 175 pounds. He's ranked as the No. 168 overall wide receiver in the class of 2024, and goes by the nickname "flight," according to his Twitter account.
- Timothy Carpenter, quarterback: Carpenter is a 6-foot-4 quarterback from Trotwood-Madison High School in Dayton, Ohio. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 47 among quarterbacks.
- Judah Jenkins, cornerback: Jenkins is a 5-foot-11 cornerback from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Olney, Md. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 83 among cornerbacks.
- Javier Etheridge, athlete: Etheridge, nicknamed "Jay Jay," is 5-foot-10, three-star recruit from Mt. Healthy High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. Listed as an athlete, he was projected to play wide receiver at Indiana. He picked Indiana over offers from Penn State, Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest.
- Shamar Meikle, defensive end: Meikle is a 6-foot-5, 205-pound edge rusher from Miramar High School in Florida. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 88 among edge rushers nationwide.
- Hubert Caliste, tight end: Caliste is a 6-foot-4, 235-pound tight end from St. Augustine High School in New Orleans, La. He's a three-star recruit, ranked No. 1181 overall, No. 63 among tight ends and No. 37 in Louisiana.
