Take a look at the highlights and box score from Kentucky's 87-85 win over Florida

Here are the highlights and box score from Kentucky's win over Florida.

The Cats started SEC play on Saturday and took on the Florida Gators in Gainesville, getting the massive 87-87 win to start SEC play 1-0.

This game was one that was concerning heading in, as the Gators are so good on the glass and get a ton of offensive rebounds. The funny thing about this win for the Cats is the Gators did both of those things, and John Calipari's squad found a way to win.

The atmosphere was crazy, with a ton of screaming Gators up in the stands, but Kentucky was able to cut the eight-point halftime deficit and win this ball game on the road.

This ball game felt like one where Kentucky fans kept telling themselves, "If we can just get out with the win, this will be huge for us."

Despite some sloppy play and silly mistakes, the Cats did rally late to take the lead and never gave it back.

Antonio Reeves led the team with 19 points, but Tre Mitchell really felt like the guy who got Kentucky this win with his 12-point, ten-rebound double-double.

The Cats got a big win in a challenging environment, and it will help them play better on the road going forward.

Let's take a look at the highlights and box score from Kentucky's win over the Florida Gators.
