The Ohio State Buckeyes men's basketball team has added yet another transfer. Former Baylor guard Dale Bonner, who is from the Shaker Heights area in Ohio, has transferred to Ohio State with one year of eligibility remaining.

Bonner played the last two seasons for the Bears after playing his first two years of college basketball at Fairmont State. He averaged 4.7 points, 2.7 assists and a team-high 1.4 steals in 29 games during the 2022-23 season.

The 6-2, 170-pound Ohio native probably won't be a big points producer for the Buckeyes, but his defense will help as he'll most likely be a role player.

"I just felt comfortable," Bonner said of his decision via The Columbus Dispatch. "I just felt like the relationship I built with the coaches was good and how they wanted to develop me and use me. That came down to my decision."

With the addition of Bonner, Ohio State is now completely full on scholarships after the earlier addition of Jamison Battle from Minnesota. That could change if Brice Sensabaugh enters the NBA Draft as expected, and we're still waiting to hear something about the decision of Ronnie James, and if he'll be transferring to the Buckeyes.
