Ohio State is becoming a destination for quarterbacks.

Class of 2025 quarterback Tavien St. Clair, who spent the last two weekends at camps at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center, announced his commitment to Ohio State on Twitter Wednesday evening. St. Clair chose the Buckeyes over Alabama, Michigan, LSU, Penn State and Tennessee among others.

"All Glory to God!" St. Clair said in a tweet. "Dreams to reality. It Just means more to be a Buckeye. Buckeye Nation...I'M HOME! 100% Committed...GO BUCKS!"

St. Clair is the No. 25 quarterback and the No. 10 player in the state of Ohio in the class of 2025.

The Bellafontaine High School product completed 70.7 percent of his passes for 2,453 yards, 24 touchdowns and four interceptions in his sophomore season.

The 6-3 1/2, 210-pound gunslinger that also plays baseball will continue a streak of seven-consecutive recruiting classes in which the Buckeyes will have brought in a new quarterback.

St. Clair is the Ohio State's second commitment in the class of 2025, joining safety Jontae Gilbert.

Each of the Buckeyes' last three starting quarterbacks went on to be first-round NFL Draft picks with Dwayne Haskins getting selected by Washington in 2019, Fields going to the Chicago Bears in 2021 and C.J. Stroud becoming the highest-ever Ohio State signal-caller taken with the No. 2 overall pick by the Houston Texans.
