2. Is Knox Kiffin taking after his father Lane? In trash talk, that certainly seems to be the case.

LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels recently opened up about some conversations he and Knox had at this summer's Manning Passing Academy. In short, the younger Kiffin likes his team's chances against Daniels this season.

3. Ole Miss baseball landed a transfer arm from SELA earlier this week.

The Mississippi native officially declared his commitment to the Rebels on Monday, joining the ranks in Oxford from the Southeastern Louisiana Lions.

4. Preseason preview of the Alabama Crimson Tide continues on Wednesday.
