2024 Four-Star OT Jude Foster Announces Commitment to Ole Miss

After losing a commitment earlier this week, the Ole Miss Rebels have gained another pledge for their 2024 recruitment class.

OXFORD, Miss. -- 2024 three-star offensive tackle Jude Foster announced his commitment to the Ole Miss Rebels on Wednesday afternoon via social media. The Rebels are back up to nine total commitments for their 2024 recruitment class after three-star running back Chris Davis decommitted on Monday.

According to On3's recruitment database, Foster is rated as the No. 29 recruit in the state of Louisiana and the No. 57 offensive tackle prospect in the 2024 cycle. The Baton Rouge, La., native is listed as the No. 840 overall prospect in 2024.

"I am 100% COMMITED to the University of Mississippi" - Foster via Twitter.

The 6-foot-4, 270-pound offensive tackle chose Ole Miss over the Mississippi State Bulldogs, Baylor Bears, Florida State Seminoles, LSU Tigers, Tulane Green Wave, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, UAB Blazers, USF Bulls, Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks, Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns, and Grambling State Tigers.

Ole Miss hosted Foster for an official visit on Monday which was likely a deciding factor in his decision. He also traveled to Oxford for an unofficial visit in April. Foster is Ole Miss' second offensive line commitment of the 2024 cycle, joining three-star interior lineman Joseph Cryer.

Foster is set to spend his final season of high school football suiting up for the Southern University Lab School in Baton Rouge. Foster's pledge gives Ole Miss the No. 29 overall recruitment class in 2024, per On3.

Another 2024 Ole Miss commit, four-star quarterback Demond Williams, welcomed Foster to the class via social media with three OK sign emojis.
