Nix is leading one of the most efficient offenses in all of college football and is set to collide with a defense that excels at forcing turnovers.

On Tuesday, Oregon Ducks quarterback Bo Nix met with reporters following practice in Eugene.

He discussed what he's seen from the Colorado defense, how the team is handling the buildup to Saturday's game against the Buffaloes and much more.

You can find the full press conference below as well as some of his top quotes.

Question: With them not having Travis Hunter, how do you think that impacts their secondary and their defense?

Nix: Obviously he's a really good player, one of the best in the country at what he does. He plays a lot of snaps. He plays very fast and physical, so losing a player like that on the defense is tough. But they're gonna do a good job in the back end. They've done a really good job everywhere else throughout the season, so I don't anticipate it being much different."

Question: What does Shilo Sanders bring to that secondary?

Nix: "He does a good job. He's always in the right spot. He does a really good job making open-field tackles. He does a really good job when the ball's in the air. He's a good safety and I anticipate him being all over the field making a lot of impactful plays for them."

Question: What do you guys do to handle the hype for this game and all the buildup?

Nix: "We just go to work and we let that noise stay outside and we let the fans and everybody else outside of the program handle all the noise. We just go to work and we  want to do whatever we can to be prepared for the game and handle our preparation going into the game so that we can be prepared for the game and we can go out and play fast and we're ready for the moment. With games like these, the buildup is always big and a lot of us have played in big games. They've played in big games. It's gonna be a high intense game once we get out on the field, but I expect it to settle down as the game goes and just be football again."

Question: Their defense has created 10 turnovers so far. That's tied for most in the country. What makes them so opportunistic, what have they done to offenses to create those?

Nix: "I just think they're very multiple on defense. They're everywhere at times and they do a good of getting to the passer and they do a good job of affecting when the ball's in the air. Also they do a good job of tackling the ball. They go after the ball and force some fumbles and get some turnovers that way. They're just an aggressive team and they're gonna do a good job in that area."
