The Ducks may not be finished looking for help in the transfer portal, particularly at tight end.

Just last weekend Oregon landed a commitment from former Ole Miss tight end Casey Kelly during the spring game. That was a move that made a lot of sense after Terrance Ferguson, the team's No. 1 option suffered an injury during spring practice.

On Friday, the Ducks extended an offer to former Arkansas State and Colorado tight end Seydou Traore.

The 6-foot-4, 223-pound tight end has had an eventful offseason.

After playing at Arkansas State for two seasons, he entered the transfer portal and committed to Colorado on Christmas. He practiced with the Buffs and Deion Sanders during the spring, but then decided to enter the transfer portal again on April 30.

Since re-entering the transfer portal he's become a big name once again, landing offers from Oregon, Miami, Illinois and Arkansas in the last 24 hours.

He's originally from London, England and attended Clearwater Academy International before playing with the Red Wolves in 2021. During his two years in Arkansas he played in 23 games, caught 62 passes for 752 yards and four touchdowns.

Following a wave of spring departures for the Ducks, they're now below the scholarship limit at 82, and are reevaluating their options in the portal. Ferguson headlines a tight end room that now features four scholarship players including junior Patrick Herbert, true freshman Kenyon Sadiq and now redshirt senior Casey Kelly.

Other names that have been linked to Oregon in recent weeks include USC wide receiver transfer Gary Bryant Jr., UTSA wide receiver transfer Zahkari Franklin and Louisiana Lafayette cornerback Trey Amos.
