PITTSBURGH -- The Pitt Panthers will reportedly be traveling internationally this summer for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic hit and they'll visit the native country of two of their players.

According to a report from George Michalowski of Pittsburgh Sports Now and The Portal Report, the Panthers will visit Spain and the Canary Islands in early August. Sophomores Jorge and Guillermo Diaz Graham are both from the Canary Islands and will likely have to share some tour guide duties while they are there.

Pitt took a foreign tour to Italy in 2019 that included stops in Rome, Florence, Venice and Bologna. The Panthers played some games against Italian teams and saw some sights while they were there. Pitt Volleyball took a similar trip to Italy and Spain last summer.
