INDIANAPOLIS -- Jordan Addison left the Pitt Panthers amid a storm of controversy. His head coach accused USC of tampering and using NIL money to lure him away and fans responded with outrage as Addison went across the country for the bright lights of Los Angeles.

But despite all of that, Addison said he has no regrets about leaving Pitt, the school that recruited him coming out of high school as a three-star recruit from Maryland.

“I feel like I don’t have any regrets," Addison said. "Anything I do, I always live and learn from it. I learned a lot from it, so I don’t ever have any regrets. I always think everything through, all my decisions.”

Addison added that he still keeps in touch with his teammates from Pitt and has enjoyed having six of them out in Indianapolis, Indiana to join him at the NFL Combine.

“I got a couple guys out here that I’m real close with and we always be on the game like every day, so it’s really like I never left," Addison said. "I talk to them like every day.'

He looks back on his time as a Panther fondly. He still has a good relationship with his quarterback, Kenny Pickett, remembers his game-winning, Coastal Division-clinching touchdown catch against Virginia from 2021 and was watching when Pitt took down UCLA in the Sun Bowl at the end of last season.

There's no bad blood between Addison and his former teammates, even if some still lingers between he and the fan base.
