PITTSBURGH -- Pitt Panthers head coach Pat Narduzzi teased earlier in the week that his team would rethink their Spring Game format this year and, on the final day of practices at the facility in the South Side, he finally revealed how the game would be organized.

The new-look finale to Spring Ball is meant to get more matchups of "best on best". In the past Narduzzi has seen Spring Games devolve as the typical full-team draft creates disjointed lineups without chemistry, so he wants to get the best idea of how players perform together in certain game-like groupings.

Hear what Narduzzi had to say and what his players and assistant coaches thought of the Spring Game's new organization.
