South Carolina began the week as a slight betting favorite over the Florida Gators, and that remains the case for Shane Beamer and the Gamecocks. Per vegasinsider.com, Draft Kings, Bet Rivers, FanDuel, and Unibet have Carolina as a 2.5-point favorite. Two other sportsbooks, PointsBet and Caesers, have the Gamecocks as 2-point favorites, and BetMGM has Carolina as a 1.5-point favorite.

With plenty of intriguing matchups to watch in this game, there seems to be a consensus that this one will come down to a few key plays here or there. We'll see if the Gamecocks win more of those plays on Saturday afternoon.

Florida Injury Report

  • WR Juice Wells - DOUBTFUL: Has not taken a snap since the first offensive possession against No. 1 Georgia back in week three. Been dealing with a lower-body injury that's required several visits with a specialist in Charlotte. Working hard to get back. He's getting closer and closer per Shane Beamer.
  • OL Jaxon Hughes - OUT: Got banged up a little bit in practice a couple of days ago. He won't play this week.
