It's the game that every football player dreams of playing; as quickly as football season arrived over five months ago, tonight it'll end with either the San Fransisco 49ers or Kansas City Chiefs standing tall as world champions. South Carolina's football program has been a constant in this event over the years in terms of having one former player representing them on the biggest stage in the sport, and that will be no different later today.

Deebo Samuel, a former First Team All-American as an All-Pupose player for the Gamecocks, and Javon Kinlaw, a former First Team All-American defensive tackle who was also college teammates with Samuel, will look to win a ring for themselves and a Lombardi trophy for the storied franchise against the best quarterback of their generation, Patrick Mahomes.
