How To Watch: South Carolina vs. Vanderbilt
The South Carolina Gamecocks will look to go from a losing streak to a winning streak in a matter of two weeks as they get ready to face the Vanderbilt Commodores in Williams-Brice Stadium on Saturday. If Carolina wants to keep their postseason hopes alive, as far as bowl-eligibility is concerned, they'll have to figure out a way to play better in week eleven than they did in week ten against Jacksonville State. Here's some of the pertinent information you need to know regarding this upcoming matchup:
Vanderbilt Injury Report
- TE Trey Knox - AVAILABLE: After leaving the Texas A&M game due to a hamstring injury, Shane Beamer revealed during Carolina Calls on Thursday that the graduate transfer's status for this upcoming game is up in the air still.
- RB Dakereon Joyner - OUT: The super senior running back won't be able to play this weekend against the Vanderbilt Commodores after suffering a lower-body injury against the Jacksonville State Gamecocks.
- OL Trai Jones - OUT: The fourth-year offensive lineman from the Palmetto State will be missing his second straight game, as Jones was unable to play last weekend in the Battle of the Gamecocks.
- OL Cason Henry - OUT: Reaggravated the same injury he suffered against North Carolina, but not to a significant degree, per the third-year head coach.
- WR Juice Wells - WEEK-TO-WEEK: Having been out since the Georgia game, Juice was reportedly jogging last week and earlier this week, according to Shane Beamer.
Jakai Moore and Vershon Lee are also available for this game after playing last weekend against Jacksonville State, but neither guy is 100 percent based on what Beamer said on Thursday night.
