Two Former Vols Visiting Ole Miss
The early returns from the transfer portal haven't been kind to the Tennessee Volunteers. They've lost nine players to the transfer portal and haven't added one from the portal to their roster, but their luck will likely turn around. Things in the transfer portal are always fluid as these prospects weight out their top schools.
Two former Vols are some of those prospects trying to find new homes. According to On3, defensive end Tyler Baron and defensive back Tamarion Mcdonald are visiting the Ole Miss Rebels today. That tandem made a lot of plays for the Vols this season, and it'll be interesting to see if they stay in the SEC.

The offseason is almost underway for Tennessee football. The Vols have concluded the regular season and are now focusing on roster construction for the 2023 season. Volunteer Country has fans covered with all the latest portal entries and NFL Draft declarations. The portal window is from December 4 until January 2. If players don't transfer within that window, they must wait until May following spring practice to enter the transfer portal.
