2024 4-Star WR Parker Livingstone Commits To Texas
The Texas Longhorns are set to have an impressive wide receiver corps this season, but their future at the position just got a little deeper.
Class of 2024 four-star wide receiver Parker Livingstone committed to Texas Saturday. Livingstone chose the Longhorns over LSU, South Carolina and Georgia.
“The coaching staff is the best staff I’ve met, they’re amazing," Livingstone told On3. "I also think I have the best opportunity to play early. The culture and the history at Texas is unmatched to any program, the best out there.”
The Lucas, TX. native told On3 the Longhorns plan to use him as "an outside threat."
"They told me they’ve been lacking the deep ball presence and the 50/50,” Livingstone said.
The Lovejoy High School product is the No. 45 wide receiver in the class and the No. 50 player in the Lone Star State, hauling in 52 passes for 908 yards and 12 touchdowns for the Leopards in his junior season in 2022.
He is the Longhorns' ninth commit in the 2024 recruiting cycle and the second wide receiver, joining Freddie Dubose who committed on June 18.
