UFC Legend Is Sick And Tired Of Watching Conor McGregor "Play" Michael Chandler
Michael Chandler has allowed Conor McGegor to play him like a fiddle, says one UFC legend.
Chandler is set for a massive showdown with McGregor on June 29. It was McGregor who announced the fight on the last day of 2023. What ended up turning some heads was the fact that McGregor revealed the bout will be taking place in the middleweight division.
"Iron" has responded, saying he's good with the weight class, but it's another reminder of who the "A" side is going into the UFC showdown in the early summer.

During a recent edition of ESPN's "DC & RC" show, UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier reminded viewers of the time McGregor told Chandler on season 31 of "The Ultimate Fighter" that he dictates the terms of their bout.
"So, my thing is this, 185 is why he's laughing because it was from the moment him and Michael Chandler got on that show he essentially told Michael Chander what to do, how he was gonna do it," Cormier said. "It was gonna be his show, and now he's saying he's gonna make him fight in a weight class that neither one of them have fought at."
Daniel Cormier made it clear that he likes Michael Chandler as a person. With that said, he also feels the former three-time Bellator champion is letting Conor McGregor walk over him.
"I agree with everything that you guys are saying," Cormier admitted. "It shouldn't happen there. I agree that it doesn't have the meaning that it should have, but I still believe it does because I believe that Conor McGregor is just going to make Michael Chandler do whatever he wants, and if that means fighting at a weight class that he's never fought at, that he doesn't feel comfortable at, that's what he's gonna do because he feels like it's gonna be in his favor."
Ultimately, Cormier feels Chandler is making things too easy for McGregor.
"I think this is a game, I think Conor McGregor is the puppet master, and I think Michael Chandler is being far easy to play with," Cormier said.
