Alexander Volkanovski flexed his acting chops and hilariously addressed concerns about his age ahead of a meeting with Ilia Topuria at UFC 298.

UFC 298: Former UFC Champion Considering Retirement If Next Fight Isn't A Win

The Australian has already carved out a legacy as arguably the greatest featherweight in UFC history, but concerns about the supposed “over 35" curse have led fans to wonder if his title reign may end when he meets Topuria on February 17.

A win over “El Matador” would give Volkanovski his sixth successful title defense, and the featherweight king recently teamed up with Sportsbet Australia for a hilarious video where the 35-year-old tackles concerns about his age.

“The Great” donned a variety of outfits and impressively deadpanned some hilarious lines throughout the video, although his neighbor “Beverly” also deserves a special shout out for telling Volkanovski to “run back to your silly little hexagon.”

The latter part of the video also fittingly sees the featherweight king use a typewriter to reply to trash talk from Topuria, who has made all kinds of headlines leading up to UFC 298 for his comments about the champion as well as his seemingly boundless confidence.

Volkanovski will have the chance to rebound from his knockout loss to Islam Makhachev when he steps into the Octagon on February 17, and the event's stacked main card also includes former champions Robert Whittaker and Henry Cejudo taking on Paulo Costa and Merab Dvalishvili.
