UPDATE: Ja Morant's Current Injury Status For Grizzlies-Lakers Game 3

Ja Morant is on the injury report for Game 3.

UPDATE: Ja Morant is available for Game 3.

On Saturday evening, the Memphis Grizzlies will be in California to face off with the Los Angeles Lakers for Game 3 of their first-round playoff series.

For the game, Ja Morant remains on the (4:30 Eastern Time) injury report listed as questionable.

The All-Star point guard got injured at the end of Game 1 and was ruled out for Game 2 on Wednesday night.

Damichael Cole of Commercial Appeal posted a video of Morant getting shots up at shootaround on Saturday morning.

On Friday, head coach Taylor Jenkins said that the former Murray State star would likely be a game-time decision.

Via ESPN's Ramona Shelburne on Friday: "Jenkins said Morant went through a non-contact practice and individual workout that included dribbling & shooting… “it’s just catching the ball he’s having to navigate.” Grizz will make a decision at game time but Jenkins said Morant’s hand is a lot better than 2 days ago."

Morant played 30 minutes in Game 1 and had 18 points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals.

He is coming off another sensational regular season with averages of 26.2 points, 5.9 rebounds, 8.1 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 46.6% from the field.

The Grizzlies are the second seed in the Western Conference for the second consecutive season.

Currently, the series is tied up at 1-1 after the teams split Games 1 and 2 in Memphis.

On the road, the Grizzlies have gone 16-25 in 41 games, while the Lakers are 23-18 in the 41 games they have hosted in Los Angeles.
