Jalen Hurts Shows Off Swing in New Air Jordans

Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts wore expensive Air Jordans during Phillies batting practice.

It has been a long off-season for football fans. We are two months away from the NFL preseason kicking off, which means players are still making the most out of their time off.

Earlier this week, Philadelphia Eagles teammates Jalen Hurts and A.J. Brown went viral after paying a visit to the Philadelphia Phillies game. The quarterback and wide receiver showed off their swings during batting practice and reminded everyone of their athletic prowess.

As always, Hurts used the opportunity to wear some rare Air Jordan sneakers. Hurts has worn Jordan Brand gear on and off the field, but no one was expecting to see him absolutely raking in the Jordan 1 High Zoom Air CMFT 2.

For some sneakerheads, the model may be obscure. However, the highly-anticipated colorway was designed in collaboration between Teyana Taylor and Jordan Brand, aiming to highlight the vibrant representation of her Harlem roots.

The Jordan 1 High Zoom Air CMFT 2 'Teyana Taylor A Rose From Harlem' was launched on June 1, 2023, for $150 in women's sizes. According to StockX, the rare kicks now have an average resale price of $274.

The shoes feature an all-leather white upper contrasted by gym red and chocolate brown overlays. The right shoe has an embroidered red Swoosh logo with green thorns, while the left has an oversized black leather Swoosh logo outlined in zigzag stitching.

Like Taylor's multitalented skillset, the shoes have many layers that feature a vast amount of personalized details. Given the shoes' origin and the Phillies' uniforms, Hurts outdid himself with his choice of footwear.
