After a long offseason, the Denver Nuggets took one final victory lap before starting the NBA season on Tuesday night. After championship rings were awarded and a banner was unveiled, Denver got back to what they do best - beating the Los Angeles Lakers.

While Denver is done with their celebrations, New Balance is not finished highlighting all that is great about the Mile High City. Earlier today, the brand released the New Balance TWO WXY v4 in the 'My City' colorway. The inspiration stems from the Nuggets’ classic retro color palette and is interpreted through a modern lens.

Online shoppers can purchase the New Balance TWO WXY v4 'My City' for $120 on the New Balance website. Using a mix of optic white with cobalt and true red, the entire colorway is a work of art and an homage to one of the more exciting franchises in the NBA.

The performance model continues to push the boundaries of a positionless approach to the game. The TWO WXY v4 is the first New Balance basketball model to combine Fresh Foam X and FuelCell with a split sole design built to support both quick lateral movement and high-impact takeoffs and landings.

It does not hurt that Nuggets guard Jamal Murray is one of the select few New Balance athletes in the NBA. Over the past few seasons, fans have seen Murray put his stamp on the record books while wearing New Balance hoop shoes. This season should be no different.
