The Halos have been active in trying to upgrade the roster.

Most of the news surrounding the Angels of late has been their attempts to land free-agent starting pitcher Blake Snell. Snell has been connected with the Halos most of the offseason, but nothing has come to fruition just yet.

Former Angels outfielder Randal Grichuk is being targeted by the Arizona Diamondbacks. Arizona wants to add another right-handed bat for their designated hitter spot. 

And it seems that the Halos may have some competition in their pursuit of veteran outfielder Adam Duvall.
