Trade rumors surrounding Mike Trout have been abound since the Angels said they would be open to deal their star centerfielder if he asks to leave, and an insider laid out his thoughts on what the Halos could acquire for the future Hall of Famer. 

ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith and the rest of the network's First Take panelists talked about recent developments surrounding Angels superstar Shohei Ohtani -- and it led to Stephen A. putting out a terrible take on the icon. Also, Halos outfielder Jo Adell has changed his approach at the plate, and that's paying off for him and earning rave reviews from manager Phil Nevin.
