WATCH: Ronald Acuña singles home two for a seven-run lead in the first inning

Ronald Acuña is already 2-2 on the game, and it's still the 1st inning

You know you're having a good day at the plate when you can go 2-2 and it's still in the 1st inning.

Ronald Acuña Jr did just that on Sunday against the Philadelphia Phillies.

After Philadelphia starter Dylan Covey was lifted with two outs and five runs on the board, Acuña came up, having already singled in the game.

Well, he did it again.

Acuña laced the 3rd pitch he saw back up the middle, scoring Orlando Arcia from 3rd and Michael Harris II from 2nd to give Atlanta a 7-0 lead.

Ronald would go on to be thrown out trying to steal 2nd, only his third time caught stealing on the season.

Covey's final line: 0.2 IP, 6H, 7R (5ER), 0BB, 0Ks on 30 pitches (20 strikes).
