"It Completely Bailed Them Out:" Aaron Boone's Reaction To Getting Tossed In First Inning Of Guardians-Yankees

Aaron Boone talks about his ejection from the Cleveland Guardians-New York Yankees series finale.

New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone didn't watch the entire game from his normal spot in the dugout. In fact, he watched just about all of it from inside Progressive Field's visiting clubhouse after being tossed in the first inning of Wednesday afternoon's game. 

It was a bizarre chain of events and if you want to know all that happened, read this story.

Boone was available to the media after the game and explained what happened from his perspective saying, "It completely bailed them out. I disagree still"

Boone did go on to admit that he thought the umpires got the play right, but it was the process by which they got there that he was upset with.

The Yankees ended up winning the game and taking the series from the Cleveland Guardians.
