The last thing that the Cleveland Cavaliers want to deal with just four games left in the regular season are injuries in their starting rotation. But this team is still trying to get to full strength with just a week left in the regular season.

This is the injury report as the Cavs prepare to take on the Cleveland Indiana Pacers.

Isaac Okoro - OUT

The Cavs' starting small forward, Isaac Okoro, will be OUT against the Pacers as he continues to deal with "left knee soreness".

Okoro left at halftime of Cleveland's game against the Rockets last Sunday and hasn't played since.

The iron man had played every game of the season up to this point providing defensive stability for what lineup he was playing with on the floor. Okoro's defensive ability has been missed as the Cavs have given 120 points to the Hawks and 130 points to the Knicks in the two games he's missed.

Jarrett Allen - AVAILABLE

Thankfully, the Cavs will be getting one player back against the Pacers with Jarrett Allen reportedly being AVAILABLE to play.

JA had missed the previous two games with a "right groin strain" and was marked as questionable leading up to the game. He also missed four games in early March with an eye injury suffered against Miami.

Getting Allen back is a good start, but it would be ideal for the Cavs to be at full strength these final few games so they can start to get into their playoff rotation. Hopefully, Okoro will be rejoining the team right behind him.
