The Cleveland Cavaliers' game plan was simple during free agency; acquire shooters who can space the floor. At the center of all their acquisitions, they pried Max Strus away from the Miami Heat.

Strus was arguably the best three-point shooter on the Heat team who made a Finals run just a couple of months ago. Cleveland locked him up to a four-year, $63 million contract through the 2026-27 season.

Finally, Cavs fans are getting a glimpse at what Strus looks like in the wine and gold as he had one of his first workouts of the offseason with the team.

Strus is a career 37 percent three points shooter over his four seasons in the NBA. He shot 31 percent in the playoffs last season while averaging 5.9 attempts a game.

Hopefully, Strus will be able to be more efficient with a number of other scoring options around him such as Darius Garland and Donovan Mitchell.
