In this story:

By this point, most Cleveland Cavaliers and NBA fans are fully aware that Kevin Love is in the process of being bought out by the Cavs making him a free agent to sign wherever he wants.

This is an emotional conclusion and an end of a sports and historical era with Love being the last player to leave the team following the 2016 NBA Championship that broke the Cleveland curse.

Love had this to say on Twitter on Saturday afternoon with all of the rumors and reports flying around online:

I’ll have more to say soon but want to get this off my chest. To the people of Cleveland and all of Ohio. I f-----g LOVE you…and always will. Thank you for everything. More to come. #0️⃣

One thing is for sure and that is Love will always hold a special place in the hearts of Clevealanders and that feeling is mutual from his side as well.

He's spent the majority of his professional career in Cleveland making an incredible impact on the floor. Love has arguably made an even greater influence off the floor with everything he's done to promote the importance of mental health.

It'll be weird to see K-Love in another uniform and it's not a sight I can admit I'm looking forward to seeing. But all great things must come to an end I guess.
