Saturday, Jaylen Brown took his talents to the O2 Arena in London, UK, where he became the first active NBA player to participate in a BIG3 game.

The 2023 All-NBA Second Team selection suited up for the BIG3's All-Star exhibition contest to support London Youth, a local charity working to aid and improve the lives of London's youth through its network of community organizations.

Furthermore, BIG3 is matching Brown's donation to the organization to further bring awareness to the global causes he supports.

There was a palpable buzz in the arena when the ball was in the Celtics star's hands. Brown finished with nine points, five rebounds, and two assists. However, Team 3 defeated Team BIG 51-42.

After the All-Star Game's conclusion, the BIG3's CEO, Ice Cube, reiterated Brown's "his hero," something he has voiced repeatedly since the latter committed to playing in the event.

In that same post-game interview with Brian Scalabrine on CBS, Brown discussed his motivations for participating, saying he was "excited to give back to charity (and) excited to be a part of this."
