LA Clippers star Paul George suffered a right leg injury late in Tuesday night's loss to the OKC Thunder. George was helped to the locker room and never returned to the game. When asked after the game about George's injury, Kawhi Leonard said he didn't see the play, and initially thought George got hit in the face.

"I haven't spoken to him yet, and I didn't see the play," Leonard said. "I thought he just got hit in the face at the time. He stayed down for a while, so yeah."

On how the Clippers will need to adjust if George is forced to miss time, Leonard said, "Next man up. We'll see. Like I said, we've got a group of guys that still want to win and like to play basketball. So we'll see what happens."

There was a noticeable level of concern in the Clippers locker room after the game, but nobody had spoken to George yet. Any level of concern was based off the initial view that everyone had of the play, and George being helped to the locker room. The Clippers did not provide an update on George's status after the game, and anything official will likely come in the next day or so.

For now, the Clippers are hopeful that this is nothing major for their star forward.
