Updated Injury Report: LA Clippers vs Chicago Bulls
The LA Clippers face off against the Chicago Bulls in another game that LA absolutely cannot afford to lose. Unfortunately for the Clippers, they will be the more shorthanded team in tonight's affair.
The Clippers will be missing Paul George due to a right knee sprain, Norman Powell due to a left shoulder subluxation, Brandon Boston Jr. due to a tailbone contusion, and now they will suddenly be missing Marcus Morris due to an illness. Kawhi Leonard is listed as probable due to a facial contusion that he missed the fourth quarter of the last game against the Pelicans.
The Chicago Bulls have been surging lately after the acquisition of Patrick Beverley, and they'll have all of their key players available. Lonzo Ball remains out with left knee surgery, Justin Lewis is out with right knee surgery, Javonte Green is out with right knee surgery, Carlik Jones is out on a G League assignment, Marko Simonovic is out on a G League assignment, and Taylor Terry is out on a G League two-way. Most importantly, Alex Caruso is questionable with left midfoot soreness.
If the LA Clippers can figure out a way to win this game shorthanded, it'll give them a 1.5-game advantage over the 7th seed as the Minnesota Timberwolves face off against the Sacramento Kings. The Clippers need all the distance they can get as they have a very rough week ahead of them.
