The Memphis Grizzlies and Houston Rockets might both be shorthanded tonight, but there's still some anticipation in the form of Dillon Brooks going against his former team.

The Grizzlies have eight players listed on their injury report: Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, Brandon Clarke, Jake LaRavia, Scotty Pippen Jr., Derrick Rose, Marcus Smart, and Ziaire Williams.

Ja Morant is out due to a right shoulder labral repair, Desmond Bane is out due to a left ankle sprain, Brandon Clarke is out due to a left Achilles tendon repair, Jake LaRavia is out due to a left ankle sprain, Scotty Pippen Jr. is out due to lower back soreness, Derrick Rose is questionable due to right ankle soreness, Marcus Smart is out due to right ring finger central slip tear, and Ziaire Williams is questionable due to a left-hand bone contusion.

The Houston Rockets have five players listed on their injury report: Steven Adams, Reggie Bullock Jr., Tari Eason, Fred VanVleet, and Cam Whitmore. Steven Adams is out due to right knee PCL surgery, Reggie Bullock Jr. is questionable due to lower back pain, Tari Eason is out due to left lower leg injury management, Fred VanVleet is out due to a left adductor strain, and Cam Whitmore is out due to a right ankle sprain.

While both teams have a combined 13 players at, there will at least be some fun in Dillon Brooks facing off against Jaren Jackson Jr. The Memphis Grizzlies and Houston Rockets tip off at 8:00 p.m. EST tonight.
