The Memphis Grizzlies and Washington Wizards face off in a battle of two lower-seeded teams, but the Grizzlies will be severely shorthanded in the game.

The Grizzlies have 13 players listed on their injury report: Ja Morant, Desmond Bane, Brandon Clarke, Jordan Goodwin, Jaren Jackson Jr., John Konchar, Scotty Pippen Jr., Derrick Rose, Marcus Smart, Lamar Stevens, Yuta Watanabe, Vince Williams Jr., and Ziaire Williams.

Ja Morant is out with a torn right labrum, Desmond Bane is out with a left ankle sprain, Brandon Clarke is out with left Achilles tendon repair,  Jordan Goodwin is questionable with left Achilles soreness, Jaren Jackson Jr. is out with right quad tendonitis, John Konchar is questionable with right ankle soreness, Scotty Pippen Jr. is doubtful with a disc bulge in his lumbar, Derrick Rose is out with right groin lower back injury recovery, Marcus Smart is out with a right ring finger central slip tear, Lamar Stevens is questionable with left adductor soreness, Yuta Watanabe is out with a right wrist sprain, Vince Williams Jr. is out with left patellar tendon soreness, and Ziaire Williams is out with right lower back hip soreness.

The Washington Wizards have 4 players listed on their injury report: Marvin Bagley III, Richuan Holmes, Isaiah Livers, and Landry Shamet. Marvin Bagley III is out with lower back spasms, Richuan Holmes is questionable with a left big toe sprain, Isaiah Livers is out with right hip joint capsule inflammation, and Landry Shamet is out with a left calf strain.
