It's going to sound like a broken record, but the Memphis Grizzlies will be shorthanded as they face off against the Toronto Raptors tonight.

The Memphis Grizzlies have eight players listed on their injury report: Steven Adams, Desmond Bane, Brandon Clarke, Jake LaRavia, Ja Morant, Derrick Rose, Marcus Smart, and Xavier Tillman.

Steven Adams is out due to right knee PCL surgery, Desmond Bane is out due to a left ankle sprain, Brandon Clarke is out due to left Achilles tendon repair, Jake LaRavia is out due to a left ankle sprain, Ja Morant is out due to a right shoulder labral repair, Derrick Rose is out due to a left hamstring strain, Marcus Smart is out due to a right ring finger central slip tear, and Xavier Tillman is questionable with left knee soreness.

The Toronto Raptors only have two players listed on their injury report: Markquis Nowell and Jakob Poeltl. Markquis Nowell is out due to a G League two-way, and Jakob Poeltl is out due to a left ankle sprain.

The Grizzlies had found some momentum despite being shorthanded recently, but their previous game against the Chicago Bulls put a complete halt to that. Fortunately, the post-trade Toronto Raptors don't have the same firepower as they once did, but they still have far more firepower than an injured Grizzlies.

The Memphis Grizzlies and Toronto Raptors face off at 7:30 p.m. EST tonight.
