Right now, the Miami Heat are in the middle of an improbable run through the NBA playoffs.

They are just the second No. 8 seed in history to make the conference finals. Tonight, they open play against the Boston Celtics in Game 1 at TD Garden.

This season still remains a priority but it's never too early to look toward the future. The Heat could still use the draft to address needs such as a young power forward or backup center. They could also use a point guard or backup wing player.

Here's a look at a few predictions for the Heat as draft season begins:

SB Nation, N.C. State guard Terquavion Smith

NBADraft.net, Iowa forward Kris Murray

Yahoo! Sports, Michigan guard Jett Howard

CBS Sports, Duke center Dereck Lively II

Yardbarker, South Carolina forward G.G. Jackson

Sporting News, Metropolitans 92 (France) guard Bilal Coulibaly
