Lakers Injury Report: LA to Be Without 2 Key Players Wednesday Against Clippers

Their depth is being tested.

The Los Angeles Lakers will be without two key rotational pieces on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Clippers.

We already knew that forward Rui Hachimura would be out for his second straight game with an eye contusion, but the team officially revealed that guard Gabe Vincent will be out, too, with left knee soreness.

On the bright side, Cam Reddish, who was listed as probable, will be able to suit up on Wednesday night in the battle of LA.

Additionally, the team announced that Hachimura was being placed in the concussion protocol, as he's struggled with bright lights the last few days.

On the Clippers side of things, we already reported that Paul George and Kawhi Leonard were playing, which you can read more about here.

Additionally, P.J. Tucker — who came along in the James Harden trade — will be available for the Clippers, although Harden is not.

The Lakers will be looking to beat the Clippers for the first time since 2020, as they've lost 11 straight games in this rivalry.

Both teams won't be fully loaded on depth, but the biggest superstars on each side — LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Kawhi Leonard and Paul George — will be ready to put on a show.

Tip-off for Wednesday night's matchup is at 7:00 p.m. PT.
