The Los Angeles Lakers' latest injury report has been released ahead of Wednesday's game against the Houston Rockets — and it's a mess.

Let's start with the obvious, as Jarred Vanderbilt, Gabe Vincent and Jalen Hood-Schifino remain out with their injuries. None of these three are expected to be back for another couple of weeks.

Next, let's get to the biggest name on the list, as Anthony Davis didn't play a majority of Monday's second half with some hip spasming.

Davis said he expected to be good enough to play on Wednesday, however, on the official injury report, he is listed as questionable with left adductor/hip spasms. He, obviously, would be a massive loss for the Lakers if he was unable to go.

Additionally, backup center Jaxson Hayes is listed as questionable to play as he's dealing with a left ankle sprain. That would leave the Lakers very shorthanded in the frontcourt if one or both of them can't go.

On the brighter side of things, Rui Hachimura is listed as probable to play on Wednesday.

He's missed the last four games with an eye contusion that turned into a concussion, but he's hoping to suit up for the first time since Oct. 30.

The Lakers are playing a bad Rockets team, but their depth has been tested early on. The last thing they want to do is drop to 3-5, so let's hope for some good news on Wednesday ahead of the game.
