Lakers News: LeBron James, Anthony Davis Final Statuses Revealed for Tuesday's Knicks Game
It's been a long day of wondering for Laker fans, as they awaited the final injury designations on superstars Anthony Davis and LeBron James. But good news Laker fans: we finally have the word.
And even better news Laker fans: both guys are playing.
James and Davis are not only in the lineup tonight for LA, but they're both starting for the Lakers for the first time since December 16. That's great news for a Laker team that really needs to find a win.
Los Angeles currently sits at 23-28 as the No. 13 seed in the Western Conference. They've lost two in a row, and desperately need a victory in the third game of a five-game road trip.
Their chances would've plummeted without LeBron and AD in the lineup, but luckily, they won't have to worry about that.
The two will not only play, but they'll both be a full go, as AD's minutes restriction seems to be getting lifted (or at least loosened).
Feel free to check out our All Lakers expert predictions on Tuesday's matchup right here, and let's hope for a good night of Laker basketball tonight. Tip off is at 4:30 p.m. PST.
