Lakers News: LeBron James' Son Announces Transfer to Notre Dame

He's on the move!

If there is one thing that Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has made clear during his historic NBA career, it is that he knows he has the freedom to write his own destiny and therefore, he does not hesitate to change teams whenever he has the opportunity to do so. His first move to the Miami Heat guaranteed that he would finally play alongside other elite names and capture his first titles, his return to Cleveland allowed him to make good on a promise to the city and his most recent stop in LA was a shot at immortality.

Therefore, it should serve as no surprise that his younger son, Bryce James, has watched his father embark on this journey and now is taking similar steps at the high school level. Bryce initially played for Sierra Canyon high school, the same as his older brother Bronny, but with all of the rising stars that make their way to that squad it would've been tough for him to develop.

So Bryce made the surprising move to transfer to Campbell Hall high school ahead of his junior season and it appeared that this could be a great fit. LeBron reportedly donated millions of dollars to fund a new training facility at the school and Bryce was set to team up with Chris Paul Jr., the son of incoming Golden State Warriors guard.

However, just like that, the 6'6 wing is already on the move once again as he announced via an Instagram post that he will now be attending Notre Dame high school instead.

Even Notre Dame is also a collegiate powerhouse, Bryce has not made a decision for his post high school playing career just yet. Notre Dame high school most recently boasted Dusty Stromer, who will be attending Gonzaga University.

Bryce James has been taking over the internet as of late as he appears to be putting his skill and size together to really become an elite prospect. Let's see if he takes a big leap in his junior season in a new setting!
