1. CAM PAYNE GOING ON THE TRAIL? "Cameron Payne, whom they just got is a player who could help there, especially if Graham doesn’t stick around," HoopsHype said.

2. BYE BYE BIRCH? "The [Spurs] have Khem Birch, and he could be cut or moved because they have a lot of big men right now," HoopsHype wrote of the Spurs' current roster situation.

3. KBD MISTAKE? "[Keita] Bates-Diop was a nice role player for San Antonio this past season," Bleacher Report wrote. "[He averaged] 9.7 points on 39.4 percent shooting from three, though at age 27 he didn't truly fit the rebuild."

4. SOCHAN WEAKEST SPURS STARTER? "Even though he appears to have the potential to be a solid B to B-plus in plenty of areas of the game, he's clearly not as far along as Jones as a playmaker, and Wembanyama's impact on defense could be massive as early as Game 1," Bleacher Report writes.

5. SPURS BUBBLE ANNIVERSARY Monday marked three years since the San Antonio Spurs played their first game in the COVID-19 bubble in Orlando.

The Spurs played the Sacramento Kings, grabbing a 129-120 win. DeMar DeRozan led the way with 27 points.
