New Orleans Pelicans PF Zion Williamson set the NBA world on fire with an incredible dunk to punctuate a win over the Phoenix Suns last weekend.

With the game out of hand and nobody near him, Williamson took flight on a remarkable dunk that sent the home crowd into a frenzy before the Suns took exception to it and eventually both teams got into it.

The dunk ignited what many hope to be a rivalry within the West moving forward, especially after Phoenix previously defeated New Orleans in the first round of the postseason last year.

We've seen plenty of reactions, yet when Mikal Bridges hopped on "The Old Man and the Three Podcast" with JJ Redick, Bridges said he didn't see anything wrong with what Williamson did.

"No, no. I think for me personally, hell no. S---, I was the one that dunked that thing last year [in the playoffs]. I was tee'd up, I was like 'Yeah, I'm dunking it.' and I'm yelling and I'm screaming, yeah," Bridges said, referring to a similar situation in last year's postseason where

"I think C-Payne's [Cameron Payne] whole thing was he saw C [Chris Paul], I think C might've got into it with [Jose] Alvarado or somebody. And C-Payne kinda saw it and that's when he pulled up and that's when one person pushed and everybody's running in there and now it looks like it was crazy ... It's whatever. We lost. I don't even get it to this day about the whole 'sportsmanship', like bro play to the end. I get it sometimes but yeah, if you're fired up and the team you got a little rivalry with and stuff ... You're gonna go as crazy as you want. You wanna dunk, you're at home. You want the crowd to go crazy. So 100%, and it's Zion, boy did a 360 windmill. S---, my dunk was just two hands behind the back. If I could 360 windmill I would've done that too [laughs]."

The Suns and Pelicans are set to meet again on Saturday night, and fireworks will undoubtedly spark once again between the two sides.
