Devin Booker Notches Fourth 50-Point Game of Career
Phoenix Suns SG Devin Booker is on another level this season.
Fresh off his first All-NBA nod (first team), Booker has managed to not only maintain his level of play but also increase his ability to shoulder the load in the Valley.
Without the likes of Cam Johnson and Chris Paul, Booker has taken it upon himself to push Phoenix through some tough games.
Yet Wednesday night's meeting with the Chicago Bulls was anything but tough, as the Suns carried a 106-81 lead into the final period of play.
For the fourth time in his career, Booker managed to cross the 50-point threshold. He did so with this dunk late in the third quarter.
Heading into tonight, Booker was already playing fairly well. Wednesday saw him score over 40 points for the third time this season while also hitting over 30 for the seventh time all year. Booker has also scored at least 20 in his last nine games now.
With 51 points, this is the third-highest total of Booker's career. He scored 70 vs. Boston back in 2017 before dropping 59 vs. Utah in 2019. His other 50-point effort also came in 2019 against Washington.
