Jonah Williams Says Bengals 'Have the Talent to be the Best Offensive Line in the League'

Cincinnati is hoping to be much better in the trenches this season.
In this story:

CINCINNATI — It's no secret that the Bengals offensive line has struggled for most of the past three seasons with Joe Burrow under center.

They're hoping that their issues in the trenches are solved this season.

After signing Orlando Brown Jr. to play left tackle and bringing back their starters on the interior, the Bengals believe this could be their best offensive line in years.

Throw in Jonah Williams, who appears to be making a smooth transition to right tackle and expectations are high for Frank Pollack's group.

"I think it's the most talented group that we've had," Williams said. "It's a super veteran group as well. Even the young guys we have are mature and kinda carry themselves like veterans. I think the sky is the limit for us. I think we have the talent and ability to be the best offensive line in the league and that's what we're working to be."

Williams has started 42 games at left tackle for the Bengals since they took him with the 11th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

If he can transition to right tackle and play at even a league average level, then Burrow will have the best offensive line he's had since his college days.
