Lou Anarumo on Myles Murphy's Preseason Debut: 'Chalk it up to' First NFL Experience

Murphy finished with two tackles on Friday night.

CINCINNATI — Lou Anarumo had a front-row seat to evaluate Myles Murphy's first NFL preseason snaps on Friday which had some ups and downs.

The rookie pass rusher finished with two pressures on 23 pass-rush snaps in the 36-19 Packers loss. He finished with a 65.8 Pro Football Focus grade.

"So far, so good," Anarumo said. "Again, I think a lot of those guys first NFL game. We'll chalk it up to that. Hopefully, we'll see an improved group when they're out there all as one, but he's gotten better every day out here. He's getting better. He's just gotta shift it into a different gear when we get out there in the game.

Murphy ended up with two tackles on the night across 36 total snaps.
